I take this opportunity to introduce myself as a qualified Finance & Marketing professional with more than 19 years exposure in business development & strategic initiatives, brand development, marketing & corporate communications across numerous industry segments including real estate/infrastructure, heavy industries, media/entertainment and services sector; has helped to gain varied exposure and insight.

Having close to eight years of consolidated real estate experience in business planning & development, marketing strategy, investment analysis & valuation alongside private equity and capital market deal structuring.

Was part of a lean Partnership & Development function at Umang Realtech Ltd. (An USA based FDI in real estate), working closely with the top management & promoters. The role involved strategic business intelligence & planning, investor relations, MIS & operational reviews, business development for new acquisitions in key markets and forging partnerships with various stakeholders for existing and new projects.
Have also been leading the product development team for developing innovative real estate product offerings for the company. Anchoring the pre-development phase of a mega mixed used project for the company in Bangalore involving interaction with consultants, channel partners and large retail & office space occupiers.

Previously was leading the marketing and corporate communication initiatives for the company where the role involved a mix of, project incubation and planning, inventory management and control functions, revenue optimization, product pricing & cash flow forecasting in addition to brand management initiatives, sales promotional activities and entire gambit of internal and external communication.
