• Planning & effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment/ to increase machine up time and equipment reliability
• Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution
• Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors/ sub-contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule
• Analyzing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/ materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule
• Implementing value analysis/ value engineering & other continuous improvement initiatives in processes
• Managing finalization of contractor’s bills, claims, extra items, etc. within conditions of contract and specifications
• Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdown and taking steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of troubleshooting tools
• Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project
• Executing all electrical equipment including Rising Main, Distribution, LT, HT Panels, Capacitor Panel, Transformer, DG Sets, Earthling, Conducting, Wiring, Cabling, Fixing of Cable Trays and Bus Duct
