Successfully led the finance and operations function in manufacturing / trading companies operating in the mining, automobiles, PVC and FMCG sectors

- Directly involved with mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and post investment analysis
- Led and followed, demonstrating the ability to grow inorganically via acquisition or to integrate an acquired business into a larger entity.
