I am mechanical engineer with 23+ years of experience in Global Program Management, Plant Operations, Project Management & Business Excellence across industry verticals. Currently associated with Philips Lighting as Business Transformation manager (Master Black belt) for Business group Lamps responsible for global six sigma program management across sites and operations.
I have gained experience in managing overall manufacturing operations for both high volume and complex manufacturing set up as well as continuous process industry; global program management; integral industrial project management including new set ups, budgeting, NPI, manufacturing flexibility & plant expansion activities. I have been bringing significant improvement in cost, quality, productivity and delivery following business transformation framework to enhance the operational efficiency, eliminating obsolescence & achieving cost reduction through lean & six sigma deployment, productivity improvement & value engineering. I have been certified for Six Sigma Black Belt & Lean Expert and capable of working under high pressure situations and beat deadlines in a matrix organization. I have earlier worked with Gujarat Guardian, Daewoo Motors, Escorts Ltd & Steel Authority of India Ltd.

I am aiming for senior to top level position to head manufacturing operations or a functional leader in the field of business transformation .
