• Reasons for drop in GE , equipment efficiency through Pareto analysis of downtime
• Act as a Coordinator for SGA (Yellow Belts Team’s) projects in plant, giving training on 12 PST steps & 7 problem solving tools to associates, Executives and supporting to Green belt project
