This includes Financial (Payroll and Invoicing) and handling customer communication tools (RightNow, SalseForce) and Oracle ERP, I have in depth experience in CRM, Time & Material and Milestone Invoicing. I also have good experience in MIS (Management Information system) which includes Reporting data mining and maintenance. Handling huge amount of data for reporting has enhanced my MS-Excel skills. Project planning along with the project managers is an added advantage.
