• Making Sure that we achieve the house profit and the forecasting and the P&L goals.
• Responsible for training and developing F&B Leaders in all aspects of management, including budgeting, forecasting, marketing and promotions, cost control and revenue generation.
• Updating and refreshing the outlets with great promotions to get the footfall in the outlet.
• Maintaining the food and Beverage Cost in all outlets specially buffet restaurants.
• Assist the F&B Manager in directing and coordinating the F&B operations of the hotel to ensure maximum profit at the highest standard of service and quality, including food production, equipment use and control, banquet service, room service, beverage service, restaurant service stock use.
• Control food and beverage , general purchasing in food and beverage department.
• Handling all the guest problems, complains and issues during the operations for the outlets .
• Monitoring the guest satisfaction over all the Outlets to maximize the revenue in all outlets.
• Take an active role in the preparation of the Marketing Plan, Operation Plan and related Action Plans, including F&B pricing strategies.
• Taking care of all the social media feedback and replying the guests back as a hotel’s representative and making sure to maintain the high tracking in tripadvisor.
• Training all the teams for the upselling technique and how to build a strong relationship with the guests and how to achieve the company Standard.
• Creating a great work place environment to keep the team building.
• Taking care of the beverage in all the outside catering business and concert as initiative.
• Able to build a great database and strong PR with the guests.
