I am a certified contact center Manager from AT&T College of Call Center Excellence USA, with a professional experience in the banking industry. Currently I am heading the contact center of Arab Bank - Egypt, within the past few years I created two different call centers as the project owner from scratch till going live. My recent posts were contact center manager of Doha Bank Qatar and National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain UAE, previously worked as a Senior Retail Loan Officer, In addition to the above is my experience as a Supervisor in the Electronic Direct Debit Unit. My initial experience covers the Trade Finance Sector especially the Letter of Credit Department.
I am now searching for Head of Alternative Delivery Channels position as my existing responsibilities cover enhancing and developing the e-banking structure, ATM network, phone banking, Mobile Banking services and the multi communication channels through the call center while innovating and creating new concepts to provide the best in market services for our valued customers.
Such responsibility allows upgrading and providing exceptional banking experience via remote banking options and self service.
