- Mahmoud has more than 7 years of experience in big Companies in Egypt & Saudi Arabia. He started his career as a Supervisor in (On The Run) at La Poire Corporate Touristic Enterprises (a sister company of PICO Holding) in 2006, After this, started his current career in Human resources as an HR Specialist at Lady Egypt Tours - Leisure, Travel & Tourism in 2009, then moved to work as a Recruitment Specialist at Staff Arabia Company - Recruiting consultancy agency . During his work in HR field, has grabbed extensive hands-on experience in a professional approach.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements; qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidate assessment and present qualified candidates with overall assessments and hire recommendations (pre screening to identify “fit” and aptitude).
