• Experienced and certified in using Primavera 6.8 project planner.
• Well versed with maintenance and operations of rotating and static equipments.
• Experienced in installation and commissioning of gas production plants.
• Experienced in managing operations and maintenance of cryogenic Air Separation Unit (Nitrogen, Oxygen & Argon), Hydrogen (Teledyne & Hydrogenics), Acetylene, Nitrous Oxide and Nitrogen (PSA), Carbon Dioxide generation plants.
• Exposure in executing quality systems & processes including DCS & PLC’s that enable organization to consistently meet and enhance high quality output
• Ability to set Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification also design and create drawings using AutoCAD.
• Abilities in planning preventive & predictive maintenance schedule to meet challenging organizational goals & objectives with using CMMS also.
• Well versed in handling and maintaining a work environment that is safe and continuously kept clean and orderly, also a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem solving and for minimizing and resolving conflict in a constructive manner.
• Managing spare parts and plant extension equipments availability.
• Supervise Projects including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors. Competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners.
