I am a recent graduate from Newcastle University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering. In addition to my fluent understanding of mechanical engineering principles, tools and practices, I am proficient in using design orientated software such as Inventor, FEA, ANSYS and various others. My area of interests are mechanical designs, failure analysis and prevention, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and material analysis.
I have applied my classroom knowledge to successful group and individual projects. My final project consisted of Gestamp UK consulting our team in order to improve the efficiency and equality of their production line. I gained extravagant experience and knowledge of project management, risk assessment, technical report writing and quality control by working in cohesion with senior engineers and successfully troubleshooting the issues occurring on the line.
I am currently interning at Meinhardt Arabia design consulting and have successfully applied my fluid mechanics and thermodynamic skill in insuring all HVAC calculations are correct before submission. I have also utilized my AutoCad ability to insure all relevant drawing have been correctly constructed as to the specification. Lastly I have learned to use Carrier’s Hourly Analysis Program in order to estimate loads, design systems, simulate building energy use and calculating energy costs.

In addition, you will find me as a creative, perceptive and dedicated individual with excellent leadership skills who gives great attention to detail. I thrive with new challenges as I am able to communicate productively with people from diverse backgrounds; my ability for innovative solutions, along with my desire to learn and to lead.
