• Safe plant operation of continuous Process Petrochemical plant as per SOP & Proactively identify deviations and initiate corrective actions to ensure safe plant operation.
• Ensure safe work practices and overall safety in plant.
• Hands on experience of Safe Plant start-up & shutdown working with fixed tubular reactor, Centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, Azeotropic & vacuum distillation columns, reboilers, Heat Exchangers.
• Ensure Safe unloading operation of liquid Ethylene, liquid oxygen and nitrogen, Acetic acid, Propelene, Caustic Soda.
• Equipments isolation, drain, purging for maintenace & lineup after service.
• Ensure / checking of safety related activities. Report deviations and follow-up of corrective actions.
