Im Mahendra Nanda, basically i'm from Odisha. I've completed my school, college, graduation ( B.Com)/ M.Com & Pg Dip Marketing Management form Odisha itself. I ve several years of exp on share market where i deal with investor money, generate revenue for branch & client, maintain clients portfolio.
As customer support officer 2 yrs of exp where i handle investors query related to non financial transactions, updating Investors profile as per their request through mails or written request (like change of address, updating of new bank details, changes of payment option, etc…) , Co-ordination between Back office and Front Office on a day-to-day basis, Co-ordinate between internal departments (Purchase, Redemption & Reconciliation department) for solving the investor’s queries, Independent correspondence with Investors, Branches and AMC's, Involved in attending work related seminars, meetings, etc....
