Professionally I am a Nutritionist Dietitian Graduate but I am trained and skilled to function inside the office. I used to be a administrative assistant. Office Management is the key role to this profession. I used to to do clerical support, documentation, filing, corresponding and receiving emails, doing research and preparing paper works like presentation, report, minute reports and diaries. I do scheduling and booking travels and accommodations. I also follow up and updates bills, payments, salik and rentals. I ensures that office materials are well provided and maintained. I am also aware of the importance of customer service and am knowledgeable to deliver it. I am flexible and hardworking. I have an excellent interpersonal communication and get along with others. I believe that everyday is an opportunity to learn new things and improve yourself and that time is valuable.
