For the last years I worked in IT/Mobile Distribution/Retail/Services sector in (responsible for UAE, KSA, GCC) as Regional HR manager and HR manager in FIAT, Industrial sector (Case New Holland in Russia and Uzbekistan, 6 Joint ventures: Manufacturing, Leasing, Service operations). In my role I managed all aspects of the human resources function: management, talent acquisition, payroll, talent management, performance management system, organizational development and workforce planning. I gain experience working in multinational environment, with global brand, working on the distance with coverage different location and travel to regional offices.
As a Part of my job I was define policies and manage training processes and tools within a framework for knowledge management.
*Define with the functional leaders training needs, in-house and external training, review offers and vendors, supervise and evaluate training providers.
*Evaluate the overall training process and identify cost saving opportunities.
*HR Business Partner for several business functions, supporting and counseling employees and leaders in HR related issues, such as high potential identification, performance management and development, compensation, and competency based training.
*Design and implement the program for internal HR business Partners' development
My main focus always is to create HR department profitable for the company by establishing following programs, which bring success :
• Find Best Talents
• Creation of Benefit program for the Best employees
• Training with the focus on real needs
• Monitor and analyzing of KPI
• Time is money: optimization of the process, implementation systems in the process.
• Never create problems with Legislation.
• Retain personnel
