• Proficient in managing the entire gamut of techno-commercial activities such as project costing, budgeting, procurement, bid evaluation (CBE & TBE) & tendering, contractor/sub-contractor billing based on VOWD and contractual mile stone payment, other engineering activities
• Skilled in reviewing of all Project deliverables, Project Execution Plan (PEP), Work Pack, Load out Plan, Project Material Identification by ‘bag and tag procedures’, Job Cards (task sheet), all procedures of testing and installation methodology for piping, structure and equipment, check sheet for mechanical clearance.
• Skilled in delivering the construction, hook-up inputs during the phases of project and Technical Assurance review for the projects i.e; PIR, PRA, Conceptual Design, Front End Engineering Design, Detail Design, Model review, Constructability Review, SRA, CRA, LDR, TARA, TASCO, SIMOPS, HAZOP, HAZID etc.
• Flair for adopting modern construction methodologies / techniques, Decommissioning in compliance with company code and practise, safety and quality standards.
• Well equipped with various Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Primavera 6.1, Auto CAD, Navis’ work (PDMS model reviewer).
• An enterprising leader with proficient planning, project construction, project costing, technical, communication, interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills.
