I am responsible to ensure all safety of the site.

 Conduct safety programs under the direction of management

 I am able to maintain HSE plan and all safety documents as per safety standard

 Conduct safety meetings to discuss various aspects on safety

 Suggest standards to prevent injury/loss

 Check each work procedure from the safety point of view and advise production supervisor/construction supervisor before commencement of work.

 Patrol the work site periodically to verify the work is carried out under safe condition, with no violation of safety requirements.

 Check on the use of PPE effectiveness and suggest improvement.

 arrange and participate in periodic safety inspection of the work

 Submit accident report to company representative.

 Investigate near miss incident and accident, report and monitor the site safety performances

 Conduct safety and induction training.
