Job Roles and Responsibilities:
•Full life cycle recruiting including Sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, closing, and reference checks.
•Short listing resumes against different requirements, checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range, location, work authorization etc.
•Responsibilities include direct sourcing from Internet, postings, Boolean search strings, and cold calling.
•Understanding job, identifying, creating key words for Sourcing Resumes on Job Portals and web-based resources, Screening the candidates and holding the right candidates to submit against the requirement.
•Finding and matching prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, and availability with the requirement.
•Ensure resume appropriately reflects experience against requirement.
•Evaluate candidates against the requirements to ensure good match.
•Scheduling interviews of the candidates with the client companies.
•Creating and building relationships and assisting in clarifying, fulfilling clients’ needs and recruitment requirements.
•Resource Management, Maintain Database of candidates, Maintain hot listed available consultants.
•Contacting clients for Business proposal and for Vendorships.
•Maintaining the best quality, utilize candidates database to track candidate and client status and submit the best candidates to the client.
•Developing and maintaining long-term working relationships with consultants.
•Collecting all the concern agreement works with the vendors as well as clients.
•Full life cycle recruitment focusing IT requirements from direct clients.
