Kumarshankaran Aiyar

I have been a seasoned HR professional having begun my career with Employee Relations and Union Management on the shop floor of a large manufacturing company. I grew up in the function moving in to Learning and Development and specialized in developing training programs and conducting training programs for managers across levels. My interest in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences took me gain more knowledge and experience in understanding Applied Psychology, Transaction Analysis, and Psychometric studies. I have specialized in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Performance Management systems areas.

I have a string of achievements attached to my tenure with various organizations with multiple industrial organizations in Asia, Middle East and African countries. I have been a strategist with large groups and helped them achieve it as well as with startup companies in building their People function and taking it to a business transformation levels.
