Worked as a Maintenance Planner and Key Team Member of Implementing Critical Safety Systems (CSS) Program in Maximo at Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum operations (ADCO)
Maximo Implementation
• Good experience in working with Maximo Software. An IBM developed oracle based Software
• A member of ADCO Critical Safety System Team – introduced CSS job plans, creates routes and structured CSS preventive maintenance program in MAXIMO
• Experienced in the creation of Location hierarchy (Primary / Secondary), asset assignment, and entering equipment specification in Location as well as Asset
• Capture and Develop process workflow for the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Run the various reports using Business Object and act as a liaison officer between End user and IT department.
• Get involved in data clean-up program and assist to control new data entry to ensure effective usage of MAXIMO system to its full potential.
• Introduced Fire and Gas detection system (FGD) program in Maximo.
• Participated in H2S Detectors Auditing about response time, Functionality, and there Maintenance strategy of H2S detectors.
• Team member involved implementing Management of change (MOC) process in all ADCO assets.. MOC is a process to ensure that risk to the HSE, Integrity from changes to operations, Facilities, software, documentation and personnel are evaluated properly and managed to an acceptable level for any kind of replacing or change the equipment, parts or any change across ADCO assets
Maintenance Planning
• Review opened work order
• Ensure that continuous improvement process is used to feed back any changes required.
• Assist with development or reporting from Maximo to achieve improvements in work order management and reporting
• Checks from newly opened work orders on daily basis.
• Works closely with division managers, section head and E & I engineers to Establish and maintain the Preventive Maintenance program.
• Review the Job Feedback and Identify & provide the equipment history information to assist in equipment problem solving using cause and remedy codes from failure reporting.
• Shutdown job planning. Produce "look ahead" reports of work order for future shutdown’s ensuring links to other divisions are clearly identified.
• Record all maintenance activities using the CMMS software (work order for all type of maintenance either it is Preventive maintenance or Corrective maintenance)
End User Training
• CMMS Super user responsibility (Focal Point)
• Working with My team as Help desk.
• Provide the required guidance and support for all Plant users to ensure effective utilization of MAXIMO.
