To provide clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. Coordinate and schedule the meeting with clients, consultant, subcontractors, customers, or supervisors. Prepare and provide meeting notes / minutes of the meeting. Managing the Project Manager's time resources. Maintain the filling system (paper and electronic) for record, correspondence, and other material. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming letters, mails, submittal s and other material, and answer to the routine letters and prepare correspondence. Attend visitors, handle and answer their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
