o Coordination with Discipline / Site Engineers as part of continuous monitoring
o Site review Meetings with contractors, highlighting areas of concerns / physical holds/ site problems queries wrt. schedules / task completions and preparing MOMs
o Monthly programs preparations wrt. to overall schedules and variance reports preparations
o Preparation of Turn Around Documents , Look ahead Schedules / Variance reports
o Prepare Drawing hold up reports
o Analysis of Manpower & Machinery requirement for completing the activities
o Pre Commissioning schedules based on punch list activities at finishing stages
