I am selfmotivated M.Tech graduate with total experience of 17yrs.I started my career as a developer in Infosys, later designed solution around the client’s backbone software, managed large transformation programs and also hosted the solutions in cloud. All my projects were CMMI level 3 and above projects with high maturity in productivity, budget management (OpEx and CapEx) and quality. I had created and invited bids and also evaluated the bidders which lead to selection of vendor. I am a certified PMP, Six-sigma Blackbelt and ISO 27001:2013 Lead auditor. I have handled a large team of about 300 people which included staff, implementation partners, consultants and remote teams and managed large programs.

As a solutions-oriented, strong problem-solver I can design solutions and assist teams. Also with my excellent academic track record and ability to get along with people belonging to different modes of life. With my experience as a SixSigma Blackbelt I can, not only improve the processes and create the best practices and standards, I also can train the staff in six-sigma tools and procedures. Given opportunity I will take on the responsibility and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
