Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management. Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.
· Managing the strategic and Operations planning process for the organization. Explore opportunities for adding new customers and bringing more business on continuous basis.
· Recommending the yearly budgets for Board approval and to manage the organizational resources within the budget guidelines and according to the current laws and regulations.
· Handling overall P&L responsibilities for the company operations.
