• Overall management of project including project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling.
• Review the Project’s activities as per available resources & co-ordinate to management for completion of project activities in effective fashion.
• Reviewing and Monitoring project’s activities with respect to progress, schedule, Cost, plant & machinery resource deployment, construction material delivery, Time over-runs, and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Can work effectively as an individual and also as a team member.
• Posses excellent inter personal and communication skills.
• Preparation of list of critical issues discuss with top management i.e. mobilization of specialty agency, free issue material by client, contractor mobilization status and best possible solutions for critical issues.
• Planning & Mobilization of the resources for achieving the scheduled progress of the project.
• Ability to Plan & manage multiple tasks / Projects.
• Effective Analytical & Problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills both orally & in writing with Superiors, colleagues and individuals both inside & outside the Organization.
