Held several positions in HR Management, administration, my experience mostly is in Human Resources and Administration fields in a (500 - 1000 employees) organization, more than 10 years’ work experience in Multinational and Regional Corporates.
My experience covers HR including Organization structure, recruitment training & development, compensation & remuneration, career development & succession planning, performance management, policies & procedures, employee relations, HRMS, Oracle , payroll, company culture, work environment. along with the Management and administration aspects including facilities maintenance , transportation and logistics, travel and residency.
My strengths includes but not limited to, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong leadership, flexibility, team building and management, problem solving, analytical & diagnostic abilities.
