1. I have rendered 26 years and 8 months of services to the Indian Navy as a Head of the Department. During the tenure I have had good experience of HR and Admin Management and by the virtue of the exigent and challenging nature of the job as defence personnel this tenure has honed my skills for decisive recourse management under stressful situations.

2. After retirement from Indian navy, I joined a mass production engineering Company (Amitron Tubular Pvt Ltd, Vasai Thane based co.) as an HR Head and handled entire gamut of HR, Admin operations for 500 employees successfully by our competent professional of extensive experience in HR field.

3. A great achievement by streamlining and huge revenue generation for an organization namely Saurashtra Containers Pvt Ltd (A Mundra, Gujrat based co.) as a Senior Manager (Head – HR & Administration)

4. Last Served Group companies, Adhunik Transport Organisation Ltd (A PAN India byroad transportation co. Having its 26 Branches), Kuloday Plastomers Pvt. Ltd (A Manufacturing company with its multiplant at Daman) and Lakshya Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd (Total logistics PAN India co.) till Mar 2016
