As a Receptionist cum Switchboard Telephone Operator, I've been working in a fast - paced costumer service support in a day care surgical clinic and answers 200 - 300 calls a day which honed my skills to work under pressure; to remain calm and costumer focused to deliver an exceptional costumer service , my skills also include strong admin / secretarial skills: scheduling, paperwork distribution,multifaceted clerical tasks; data entry,filing,records management and billing. Coordinating travel arrangements, quickly became a trusted assistant known for "can-do" attitude. When it comes to computer skills I am proficient in use of Microsoft Office and word processing (can type 50 WPM). In addition to that, I am familiar with the need to be adaptable and find myself excited by the challenges.
