Job Responsibilities: (Honeywell)
Processing US and Canada orders for industrial footwears and safety equipment’s received from distributers/retailers and entering the same in SAP database.
Handling dispute cases and processing RMA’s in the system
Processing the orders within the defined timeline as per the agreement and maintaining process metrics.
Responsible for Verify all the required documentation and information, including freight forwarder information, correct ship to / bill to addresses, shipment and payment terms in an order.
To verify prices and provide product description and information based on available data using price lists and related information.
To verify stock availability and enter orders for shipment of product.
Monitor scheduled ship dates and provide customer order acknowledgements within internal guidelines and procedures. To notify customers, sales representatives and distributors of any delays.
To reviews and validate Sales Tax Certificates for customers.
Generate incomplete order report in sap.
Support and actively participate HOS initiative in business
Using KAIZEN to improve process and reduce cycle time to complete an order.
Attend Tier meeting with Team leader, Process lead and Team regarding any process related update and issues.
