• Over 17 years of solid experience in Production, planning, Inventory, commissioning, Startup and normal operations with process Safety both in chemical and petrochemical plants.
• Hands-on experience in the Following Process Butane (GAS), Butene, (feed preparation unit ) Methyl ethyl ketone, 2- Butanol also handled Sulphur Dioxide Production and liquefaction process, Sulphuric acid columns, Sodium Hydro Sulphite (Batch Process) production process, off-site, Tank form.
• Experience in plant startup and shutdown, plant operation, efficiency monitoring and control, process optimization, trouble shooting, annual turnarounds, cost saving.
• Handled PLC to DCS conversion (Yokogowa CS 3000).
• Demonstrated abilities in working on initiatives, thereby bringing down equipment breakdown & achieving annual costs savings.
• Hands on experience in Commissioning and Decommissioning of Columns, Reactors, Compressor, Crusher (Rotor & shatter) Furnaces, Ball Mill (Dry & Wet), Blender, Conveyers, offsite.
• Excellent team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with other discipline staffs and with other departments
● Operations of all kinds of Fire Extinguishers and usage with records (and try to Zero Unplanned events (accidents))
• Avoid the Static Electricity while solid and liquid chemicals handling.
• Mock drill carry out on regularly.
• Maintain employees informs, educate, training and health and safety to ensure the safe conduct of their jobs. Encourage employee consultation to promote safety and building a safe work culture with the upgrade. 
