Responsibility of network availability by analyzing the outages due to BTS, RF and transmission problems to improve network.

• 2 years 3 month in SOMA Networks Engineering Pvt. Ltd as a Team Lead looking after Core network & BTS Operation & Maintenance, Installation, commissioning of WiMAX 802.16e broadband. Efficiently & effectively handling of full project life cycle. (Project planning, Project execution, Project monitoring & control and Operation & Maintenances).
