Job Accountabilities:

• As Data Analyst, I am involved in managing data for different teams handling different revenue related data for Sales, Finance and Planning.
• Works on Microsoft developed Analytic Tool MSRA (Microsoft report analytics) which fetched data from different databases/servers and gives data into Pivot form.
• Most of the work and reports are managed via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• I am involved in Data Mining from these servers with MSRA, PL/SQL queries and internally developed tools.
• Refining of raw data and converting it into information.
• Identifying the source of the data and correction it via internally developed tools
• I use Power BI and Power pivot for report generation.
• Involved in Internal Quality Check for user responses via mail and CRM.
• Works on Microsoft dynamics CRM for ticket generation, follow up, SLA, TTR (Time to resolve a ticket).
• Handling onshore/offshore client calls and meetings via Skype.
