Having worked as a Quality Assurance professional for more than 17 years with various multi-national organizations in India & Abroad, I have acquired tremendous experience in Process Implementation, Quality Management, Process Implementation & Audits, Software Testing & Process Training. Currently, I am exploring full-time career opportunities in US / Canada matching my skills & experience. In addition, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) on a part-time basis. As my résumé states, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills from my academic and employment experiences. Some examples are: more than 12 years’ experience as a CMMI Process Consultant & Trainer / Software Quality Manager. I was onsite (with a US client) for a CMMI Process consultancy assignment and was associated as Senior Consultant with a Japanese IT Giant in US (Dallas, TX.). My earlier onsite assignment includes working with CitiGroup Head Quarters (London, UK) and recently I was working for Europe’s largest Commercial Bank (Frankfurt Am Main, Germany), during Jan 2011- Dec 2012. Presently, I’m working as Director – Quality Consulting at Dynamic Strategies Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

In addition to my technical and analytical skills, I have worked as a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) Consultant and a Certified Lead Auditor (QMS) with my previous assignments, with extensive experience in Process Consultancy & Training; I'm well versed with Project Management activities, ISO, ITIL, Agile Process methodology, Rational Unified Tools.
