Expertise in motivating the pupils towards Education and Culture. Currently working as CBSE School Principal, still searching to relocate in same career or higher at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Nagpur, Vijayawada or Vizag. As a teacher, I feel one's life is not enough and I was lucky enough to get always a supporting leader. I spent 24 years in various academic fields, team member in different top leading schools of India with different resources, different infra structure, different surroundings but same motto. I got different classes to teach with variety of methodology and teaching aids which I enjoyed at my fullest & learnt a lot from there. What I find when I look back ; children are same everywhere & at every age.

Experience being Vice-Principal/ Principal in CBSE Senior secondary, co-educational, gained the knowledge from students has strengthen me with managerial tasks in many schools.

I was working as Senior Principal in Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Balasore and Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Rayagada has made me confident to actualize the planning successfully with available resources which will help me to transform the implementation part to improve education quality. Teaching is my passion whereas meeting & counseling parents is my area of interest.
