5.Electrical Engineer; Construction O&M of 48000 M3/Day Sewage Treatment Plant ( M/s ONEIC OMAN) Jul 2009–Jan 2011

Responsibilities: Erection, Inspection, testing, commissioning, Operation and maintenance for Expansion of 48,000 M3/day Sewage Treatment Plant with Existing Plant Operating Capacity 35,000 M3/day
Project equipment details: 36 No’s of area pumping station waste water is pumped in to the Water reclamation plant through 3 nos of Main Pumping Stations. Each pumping station having 11KV /415V, 1000KVA Substation with 6 nos of LT Motors controlled by VFD and its motor ratings are 200HP, 90HP, 40HP respective pumping station, Odor control system, HVAC system, lighting, earthing system, Sump pumps, Supply and Extract fans. Water reclamation Plant is consisting of primary treatment plant, Secondary treatment plant, tertiary treatment plant, Chlorination system with chlorine neutralization system, Sludge treatment, Water Reclamation Plant and Main Pumping Stations are dedicatedly connected with PLC/SCADA System for healthy operation.2 nos of dedicative Main 11KV switch gear boards, 2 nos of dedicative 11/3.3KV 1600KVA substation feed the medium voltage motor control center for aeration blower and backwash blowers, Conveyor systems, grinder system, EOT Cranes, H2S gas Monitoring system, 2 Nos of dedicative 11KV/415V transformer feeds the 8 Nos of MCC panels, 1600KVA Generator can Provide power to all units of water reclamation plant through step up transformer (415V to 11KV) in the event of power outage.

Project equipment details:11KV Dual dedicative outdoor switching yard and 11KV Switch board for River water intake pumping system, Water treatment plant, booster pumping station, HV,LV cables installation, Clear water pumping station 1.570 MW, 11KV HT Motors with FCMA Soft Starter and HV Capacitor bank for power factor improvement, Booster pumping station,1.8MW, 11KV Motor controlled by FCMA Soft starter ,River water intake pumping station 0.520 MW motor control by Variable Frequency Drive ,30V Battery charger for HV panel relay operations, Industrial UPS 10KVA, 110/11 KV dedicative substation with two numbers of 10 MVA Power transformers, Instrument transformers, RTCC panel and C&R Panels.
