I have experience managing a business unit in Dubai, focused in installation, commissioning and maintenance of diesel engines, marine engines and generators. While much of my experience now has been in the management and business side, I have depth knowledge and hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of power generators, marine engines, compressors, blowers, heat-exchanger, circulating pumps, lube oil pumps, turbochargers and oil mist detectors.

My responsibility now includes business management, planning & budgeting, service & operations management, and quality & safety management. I worked closely with field service engineers, sales engineers, contractors, customer end-users and decision makers to provide a reliable engineering solutions and maintenance services.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with field service engineers to resolve technical issues, implement technical enhancements, work with the equipment manufacturers to implement design and functional enhancements.
