•Team development , facilitating staff learning training and development .
•Problem solving , handling unusual circumference
•Conducting meeting with team every day to discuss about day activities.
•Giving responsibility to team to achieve day to day targets.
•Training to the staff about selling skills, Store SOP, product knowledge and etc.
•Handling customer complaints from store and Ho level.
•Discussing with CRM Team about delivery and installation
•Discussing with RESQ Team about defective management.
•One to one meeting with MOO and Commercial about store fill and daily PL.
•Make sure that team chasing target by positive way and reaching target with good margin.
