I offer 24 years of managerial and over 10-year UAE combined operations and facilities management experience.
I am currently the GCC Facilities Manager Retail for an established company managing superior luxury brands with a budget of 22 million and over 500 000 sq. feet of real estate and retail space.
I’m highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various sectors such as operations, estates, technical services, asset and property management. I have a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, creating and managing KPIs and SLAs, reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.

I have sound judgment, and practical skills working within large retail, construction and leisure industries. I specialise in Managing all hard and soft services, including MEP, cleaning, CCTV, intrusion alarms, landscaping, pest control, water filtration, Fire Fighting [FF/FACP], kitchen equipment, grease trap and kitchen duct cleaning, kitchen extracting systems, central gas systems and ecology systems and minor renovations.

I am responsible for all negotiations of annual maintenance contracts and RFP’s and manage around 90 different AMC’s.
Ensuring the ongoing functionality and reliability of a company’s properties and equipment assets is directly proportional to its financial performance. Consequently, my overall facilities leadership has been instrumental in cutting costs and optimizing production output.
I believe I am well equipped to tackle a role where I am chiefly accountable for strategic planning and overseeing the day-to-day functionality and operations of a team at your company’s property, buildings, equipment and workforce.
