Looking after HR and administration functions including recruitment, Induction, time office, salary & wages administration, contract labour management, statutory compliance, security, canteen, housekeeping, training, disciplinary matters, liaison with local Government bodies.

Recruitment : Supervise recruitment process. Ensure timely replacement of critical positions. Evaluate vacancies and arrange replacement (Qualified / experienced / less salary / fresh candidate). Hire fresh talents through campus interview.

Salary & Wage administration: Monitoring entire salary & wage administration of 300+ employees. Ensure timely salary process, settlement of F&F accounts, deductions on various advances, income tax projections, provision of annual bonus & payment thereon, etc.

Statutory Compliances : Maintain registers as per various acts and ensure timely compliance undervarious labour laws like Apprenticeships Act, Factory Act, Contract labour Regulation act , Provident Fund, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Employment Exchange Act, Standing Order Act, Minimum wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Pollution Control Board, Local Gram Panchayat and Police.

Contract labourmanagement : Supervise time office and maintain labour contracts. Engagement of manpower as per requirement of plant in compliance with contract labour (R&A) Act. Timely obtain, amend & renew various licenses & ensure timely submission of required returns by contractor.

Liaison work : Liaison with Factory Inspector, Asst. Commissioner Labour, GPCB, Employment Exchange, Apprentice Advisor, Insurance Companies, police station etc.

Policy and rules compile : Prepared various forms like Visitors gate pass, Employee gate pass, Material Inward and Outward Gate pass, Returnable and Non returnable gate pass, Stationery Requisition form, vehicle requisition form etc., introduced late coming penalty and revised leave policy. Also fixed Travel allowances for staff and workers.

Disciplinary Actions : Maintain proper discipline in plant. Drafting and issuing notices of Show cause, suspension, Dismissal, Warning etc.

Counseling and grievance handling : Handling employee concerns and manage employee grievances.

Training and Induction: Prepared Induction manual and provide support to new joinee employees to settle. Arrange in-house ISO and product training and external trainings as per requirement.

Administration and Security : Efficiently handling administration of company assets, house-keeping of plant, office, canteen, guest house. Negotiations with vendors, ensure proper use of company property, hotel and ticket booking, etc. Monitor and control mobile, landline and courier expense. Timely renewal of WC and other insurance policies. Ensure good quality food is served in canteen.

Check and monitor activities of security staff on daily basis. Created procedure to control manpower movements, materials movements, visitors movements and vehicles movements.

Looking after 2 plants, corporate and branch offices. Leading team of 14 executives including direct reporting of 8 executives for entire HR activities including remuneration management.

Strategic Human Resource: Handle entire gamut of human resource functions right from Manpower planning, Recruitment, Induction & orientation of new employees, Salary negotiations, Performance Appraisal, Promotions, Training Need Identification to increase skills of employees. Succession planning. Prepared HR budget and maintain limit.

Performance Management System: Handling entire performance appraisal process. Compile performance data and present before management. Give suggestions / recommendation, participate in discussions and complete process by giving appraisal letters.
