• To analysis & improve the operation using time study and motion analysis
• To calculate the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
• To prepare Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours

• Design & develop necessary tooling/fixtures to reduce the process time & to enhance the quality using AutoCAD & Solidworks
• To make plant layout & area calculation for integration production using AutoCAD
• Layout improvement & cell table modification using line balancing method
• To reduce labour force by use of Automation/Robotics in manufacturing and assembly line
• Responsible for process development/ implantation in Production shop
• To take corrective and preventive action for in-house and customer rejection
• Use 7QC Tools method for problem solving
• FMEA related document preparation.
• New tooling development to simplify the process and reduce process cycle time
