Jigar Marolia

My name is Jigar Marolia. I am an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as Law Graduate from Mumbai University. At present, I am working as Associate Manager with Rolta India Limited and had been part of one of the leading polymer manufacturing MNC called Time Technoplast Limited as Assistant Company Secretary.

My overall experience includes Companies Act and Listing Regulation Compliances and also versed with precise procedural aspects of Preferential Issue, ESOP, Commercial Papers etc. During this while, I also had exposure to RBI compliances i.e. regulatory reporting.
