I am Jenifar Yasmin, B.Tech Chemical engineer 2015 pass out with 88% .Presently working as Assistant Manager in Phillips carbon Black limited in Process technology department. My previous company was Continental Carbon India limited. I have total 6.2 yrs experience.
My job responsibilities includes
- Process Design of various equipments like heat
exchanger etc,Preparation of PFD,Track and Monitor plant performance to increase
Productivity of existing plant reducing failure of
man, machine, methods etc,Ensure proper SOC is being followed to avoid
unwanted process breakdown and to decrease
operating cost related to life of refractory of
different parts of Reactor, APH etc,Root Cause Analysis of problems faced by
Production team.,Involve in process improvements, MOC(
Management of Change) and safety studies. Ensure
all process changes in the units are carried out
according to Standard procedures and guidelines.
Perform Production Planning, Production Order,
Purchase requisition creation, Material movement in SAP.
