Jefin Jose

Jefin Jose is a young business executive from Bangalore who is passionate about people processes. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from Bangalore University.

Jefin has previously worked as a Business Partner Executive in the HR Department for a leading Ground Handling Service Partner.

He has actively been part of the student council after being elected as the newsletter head during his MBA. He was awarded with the Principal's Medal of Appreciation and with Sri Kasi Visweswara Prabhu Medal for Human Resource Management during the course. He has remained successful in securing prizes across events at various Inter College Management Fests while pursuing his Bachelors degree in Business Management with emphasis on Marketing. Jefin also served as a Rajyapuraskar Scout and Junior House Captain while at school.

He believes in listening, learning, creating value and ultimately growing. His area of interest lies in Human Resource Management, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training, Performance Management, Organizational Behavior, HR Compliance, Global Mobility, Consulting & Outsourcing.

PS - Jefin loves to ride motorcycles and read books about adventure, science fiction and thrillers during his free time.
