: Over ’25’years my QA/QC work experience (at abroad sites) cover in various project constructions with EPC & PMC multinational companies in Oil & Gas sectors. Most of projects such as; Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer plant, LNG plant, Gas- development plant, Degassing stations, Booster Stations, Gathering Centers, Oil/Gas pipelines, Crude oil flow lines etc.

NATURE OF JOBS HANDLED: Execution of all stage wise inspections; during material receipt, fabrication, erection/installation and pre-commissioning stages covered for… Piping Systems such as; pressure piping consists of various plant process service lines includes utility service lines, flare lines, steam tracing lines, jacket-piping, FRP/GRE sour/fire water piping, cryogenic service piping, heater-tubing, heat exchanger re-tubing etc. Cross-country Pipeline such as; oil/gas pipelines that carry liquid hydrocarbons, process fluids, flammable/toxic fluids, high pressure gasses, flare system include petroleum & chemical products. Steel Structures such as; pipe-supports/posts, pipe rack structures, Canopy Structures, platforms, shelters/stores, open grid floors, various miscellaneous structural steels including sheet metal HVAC-duct system. Storage Tanks such as; API-650 oil storage/atmospheric tanks, API-620 low-pressure/cryogenic tanks of fixed roof (cone roof/dome roof), floating roof, suspension deck, single shell, double shell, double wall with outer concrete wall as secondary containment wall, double bottoms etc. Installation of Equipments such as; vessels (columns, separators, reactors), vessel-internals, pumps, compressors, generators, heaters, Heat Exchangers, Coolers, Module skids etc as well perform quality functions of welding, painting/coating, insulation, fire proofing works.
