It is an ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015,OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company with leading manufacturer in Plain, Corrugated and color coated Steel Sheets.

Maintenance & control of D.C. Motor up to 1850KW of Mill motor,1300 KW of coiler motor.
Working exposure With Siemens makes S7-400 ,300series PLC Programming, Siemens HMI Win CC & ABB make AC 800M PLC. Interfacing with Siemens DC Drive 6RA70, ABB D.C.Drive DCS500 &DCS 800.Ac drive ACS 800
Functioning of field devices which are used in PLC for interlocking and feedbacks.
Fuctioning knowledge of Thickness gauge JASCH make Thickness gauge ,which having source of AMERCIUM 241.
To attained Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of 4HI Reversible mill, utility section Cranes,Air compressors, water complex etc.
Planning for shift and man-power as to make optimum utility of machinery with minimum idle time.
Worked with Automatic Gauge Control make Siemens.
To attained Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance EOT Cranes up to 35 MT with Digital AC Drives Siemens make Micro master 440.Yaskawa (L&T), Allen Bradley.
Exposure to 33 KV Switch Yard Transformers VCB Relays , HT and LT power distribution system MCC Panel LTPDB Panel Transformers VCB.
Ensure reduction of breakdown frequency and increase in MTBF
To manage the day to day activities in terms of work allocation attending the break down calls and maintaining the pending work within the targeted value & preventive actions.
To identify, indent and follow up with purchase dept. maintain the necessary spares & ensure its proper & right utilization.
Attending the preventive, Predictive breakdown shutdown maintenance, proper condition monitoring to avoid equipment failures.
Co-ordination with different department for work permit and safety permits.
Exposure to ISO activities like document update, ISO audit attended as an auditee and auditor.
