• Currently working with Aon (now known as alight solutions) as Developer Analyst. Previously worked with Golden Source and Tech Mahindra.
• Started my career and worked with Tech Mahindra (Telecom Domain) for 3.3 years where I got chance to work as L2-Production support team member, as a Problem Manager and Transition Expert.
• Worked Onsite for Client Globe Telecom in Manila, Philippines as a Problem Manager for tracking live issues, problem records and maintaining KEDB.
• Transition Expert - Have good project transition experience (HCL-Chennai and Globe Telecom, Manila).
• Also worked with Golden Source – a US based product company (Finance Domain). Golden Source is a product which is mainly into EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
• A Good team player with analytical & debugging skills, issue resolution capacity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
