I believe that we live and work for a purpose, whether it's to inspire, help or influence others and the world.
My passion is to add value to people, believing that Success is measured by the value added and the change made. Change and Value is what would summarize my approach towards Talent management; going towards evidence based HR and driving business results.
My objective is to develop a performance management system monitored by business analytics, designed to tackle business needs and massively improve business results.
