I have worked as an Operations Manager, at their Vartej based Retail Outlet
( Bhavnagar-Rajkot Highway, Bhavnagar), where I was responsible to independently operate the entire petroleum retail outlet , my job was mainly concerned with management & all sort of operations of the outlet ,
I.e. to look after Man power Management, Stock maintenance, Petroleum consignments, Sales Operations &
Sales Development
I.e. Identifying, meeting, convincing & diverting maximum potential Consumers to Reliance from the other rival companies.
So in a way, I have acquired Relationship Management Experience as well.
I have headed a team of total 12 employees that included 10 Driveway salesmen, 2 Supervisors, managing smooth operation & proper coordination with HO had been the core part of my duties there
