I did my schooling in my hometown Asansol. Then I moved to Kolkatta to do my B. Com. Later I moved to New Delhi to continue my PGDM with Marketing and Finace as my majors. I did my Summer Internship at Lloyd Electric where my project title was 'Brand Tracking'. In this project I had to get an insight into the minds of the consumer while buying products. I also realised the meaning of the term 'Brand Value'. Doing this project I understood why a consumer would buy a Samsung for Rs 25,000 and not a Lloyd for Rs 20,000. Also I had the privilage of visiting GIRIAS - a major electronic outlet in Bangalore and I understood the reasons for the low performence of Lloyd products as compared to its competitors. I truly beleive my carrear lies in the Marketing sphere. My PGDM course made me realise my flair for Marketing and I would really love an opportunity to enhance my skills in this zone. I beleive channel management is what I am made for and my skills and prowess would help any FMCG company
