• Preparation of Material Requisitions(MR), Conducting Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE) and Vendor Drawing Review of various Electrical Equipment.
• Equipment Selection and Sizing Calculations.
• Preparation of Key, Main and Protection Single Line Diagrams.
• Hazardous Area Classification and Selection of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas.
• Power Management Systems(PMS), SCADA, FFDSCS, PLC Systems.
• Earthing and Lightning Protection System Design.
• Equipment Installation and Commissioing Procedures.
• Project Cost Analysis.
• Preparation of Maintenance Job Routines (MJR) for various electrical equipment.
• Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipments at Equipment Manufacturers Works, Supervision of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Electrical Equipments.
• Knowledge of Fire & Gas Detection Systems.
• Knowledge of Inter-Discipline aspects of Control & Automation Systems and Telecommunication Installation.
• Working Knowledge of International Standards Shell DEP, IEC, IEEE, ANSI and BS.


Lead / Senior Electrical Engineer, Responsible for Planning, Estimating Manhours, Supervising, Scheduling, Providing Technical Direction, Training, Appraising and Leading the Team of Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers and Controlling the Manhours on Large Projects. Co-ordination of Project Requirements with Clients, Contractors, Vendors and with other Inter-disciplines.

Participation in Safety aspects of Electrical Design such as SAFOP, HAZOP, HEMP and HAZID Review and Implementing Action Points.
Have sound appreciation of of Environmental aspects (ISO14001) of Oil & Gas Design, Quality Assurance and Control Requirements of Design Process.

Expertise and Extensive Hands on Experience on Various Power System Study and Protection Co-ordination Study Softwares such as (i) SKM Power Tools, Ver. 6.5 (ii) ETAP STAR Ver. 5.5 (iii) Power Plot (iv) RCP (Relay Co-ordination Program). Hands on Experience on Lighting Software, Chalmit Ver. 4.01 and Battery Sizing Software.
